I recommend the Portable version from Https://Portableapps.com you first must have “Portable Apps” installed, but this keeps all your files in a single folder to backup. Especilly if you are using a portable apps email program. You can backup the entire Folder or USB drive to an external Hard Drive or 2nd USB drive for a backup. And if you primary install is on a USB drive then it is truly portable.
